  • The dead lift is an amazing upperbody and lower body lift. The dead lift works out every muscle from your forearm to your shoulders to your biceps to your back and your glutes and it increases the strength in your back and stabilises your spine. And this is the reason why I love the dead lift. The exercise I didnt cover is riding your bike. Like working out on the cross trainer, riding a bike is also a very good and effective low impact movement.
